Depression (Mood)

Now a days we hear that every second person is suffering from depression. Come on ppl get a life. Hey u!! yess u... don't get angry at this statement of mine. You would have 1000's of reasons as u will say I don't live my life n I don't know what problem I am suffering from. Oh yeah that's true.. but I DO know how to cope with these problems. So friends here are some ways from where you can get tips to get rid of depression even if u have bundles of deadly problems :)



    First of all you have to save yourself from going in to permanent depression.. which is actually an illness. Don't think about your problems and make yourself busy in other things you were once interested in.. Now you will say oh no, I can't concentrate on things and I just want to lie down and think. No dear!! Enforce yourself in different activities.




Avoid getting angry. Just stay cool minded. And talk to others politely giving smile. Anger is even forbidden in our religion. :) you will get nothing except tensions in return. If you are not able to control your anger go and take a bath.. Oh yess u will be fresh :) Just try!!






If you are having difficulties in sleeping, avoid caffeine and chocolate :) 


Exercise daily.. It really helps in getting rid of depression. Just try :) esp if u are having sleeping problems.





Get social. Talk to your friends. Contact those frnds of urs whom u havent talked to since ages, It will help u.





Just don't worry. Everything will be perfectly alright! Just be happy with whatever you have. Be optimistic :)



Don't cry! Whenever u feel like crying engage yourself. 






Don't get involved in useless relationships. They actually are the biggest tension ever :) wait until God finds perfect match for you.


Discuss your condition with your best frnd :) or your parents :)


Act upon these before you reach this stage of anxiety plz :(



Lastly and most important is to Put your trust in God. It is the best way to get out of depression. Pray and don't ever think you are alone. Turn to ur religion :)






But still if you can't get out of your condition of anxiety or depression, plz contact your doctor and take the prescribed medications regularly :)
