It causes cough, wheezing, Shortness of breath.

It causes tooth damage, yellow teeth, gum bleeding, mouth ulcers, smoke filled bad breath & tooth loss.

It causes hair loss. And smelly hair.


Migraine & Headaches:


Smoking is one of the main causes of headaches & migraine cox nicotine constricts the vessels of brain.

Heart Burn & Acidity:



Raised Blood Pressure & Heart Attacks & Stroke:


Silent Killer - Asthma, Lung cancer:



It is one of the main causes of asthma, COPD, lung, bladder and many other cancers!

Blindness & Cataracts:


Smoking causes blindness. It is also one of the important causes of cataract.


Second hand or Passive Smoking: 


Don't put lives of ur loved one's to risk if u dont care abt urself!

Brain death:


It causes brain death due to less oxygen transfer to brain.


Impotence & Infertility:





Low IQ in babies:


Smoking/ passive smoking is extremely harmful for babies. It causes low birth weight, low IQ babies, and cause premature death. 


At last but not the least!! Please Quit Smoking for the peace of ur loved ones!!! I guess this is the most strong reason to quit smoking :)
