How to Quit Smoking?

Aww thats a gud news! At least u thought of quitting that yucky cigarette lol :) Ill try to help u a bit.. :)

Set a date:




Keep ur spirits high :)

                           
           Remember ur reasons for Quitting:

Make a list of reasons of the reasons u want to quit smoking & read them once u feel the urge to smoke :)






Go Cold Turkey!! Just stop!!




Be prepared for withdrawal symptoms:

which are anger,irritability, hungry feeling, headaches, insomnia and many others. When u start feeling this don't just find its solution in smoking. Engage urself in different activities. And believe me u won't even feel them if u don't take its stress. :)



Drink more water:

Hydrating urself with cold water will help u in quitting smoking.


Clean:

Clean & wash all the things to get rid of smell of smoke.


Engage urself:

Engage urself in different activities when u feel urge to smoke. Keep some candies, bubble gums, or any other stick like things which u cn use to divert ur attention. Engage urself in gud (smoke free :P) movies & family! Share with ur closed one.




Exercise daily :


Avoid alcohol & Caffeine:






Recognize Instant Rewards! Save Money! 


Brush ur teeth frequently!



Just think What God Has Saved u From?!!!

This man lost a lung cx of smoking!!
